kg995 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout the document unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

"kg995" / "the Platform" / "We" / "Us" / "Our"

Refers to kg995, the online gaming platform accessible at https://kg995.app, including all associated sub-pages, services, mobile interfaces, and support channels.

"Player" / "User" / "You" / "Your"

Refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the kg995 platform for any purpose, including browsing, betting, playing casino games, or contacting customer support.

"Account"

Refers to the individual registered profile created by a Player on kg995, which stores personal information, transaction history, bonus balances, and account preferences.

"Real Money Balance"

The confirmed, withdrawable balance held in a Player's Account representing funds deposited by that Player or winnings credited from settled bets or casino play, excluding any bonus balance or pending transactions.

"Bonus Balance"

Promotional credits granted by kg995 under specific offer conditions. Bonus balances are subject to separate wagering requirements and are not directly withdrawable until those requirements are satisfied.

"Bet" / "Wager"

Any financial stake placed by a Player on a sports event, casino game, or any other eligible market available on the kg995 platform.

"KYC" (Know Your Customer)

The mandatory identity and age verification process that kg995 conducts for all Players, in particular at the point of first withdrawal or upon request by the compliance team.

"BDT" / "Taka" / "৳"

Bangladeshi Taka — the official currency of Bangladesh and the primary transaction currency on the kg995 platform.

Access to and use of the kg995 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account or placing any bet, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of the conditions listed below at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform.

• You are at least 18 years of age. kg995 does not permit access by any person under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of kg995 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from kg995 or any affiliated platform under an active self-exclusion agreement.
• Your account funds originate from legitimate sources. You are not using the platform to launder money or conduct any fraudulent financial activity.

Players from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh divisions are all equally subject to these eligibility rules. Geographic location within Bangladesh does not affect the applicability of any clause in these Terms & Conditions.

To access the full range of services on kg995, including placing bets, playing casino games, and processing deposits and withdrawals, you must register a Player Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address or mobile number.

One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active kg995 account. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts, the forfeiture of any balances held therein, and a permanent ban from the platform.

Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. kg995 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] or via live chat so that your account can be secured without delay.

Accurate information: All personal information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information, including a fictitious name or incorrect date of birth, constitutes fraud. kg995 reserves the right to close any account where the registered details are found to be materially inaccurate and to withhold any funds pending investigation.

All financial transactions on kg995 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select Bangladeshi bank transfers including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit, although very large deposits may trigger additional verification requirements under our KYC and anti-money-laundering procedures.

Deposit processing: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the Player's account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to be reflected. kg995 does not charge any processing fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which kg995 accepts no responsibility.

Minimum withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the kg995 payments team and are typically processed within 24 hours. Players who have not yet completed KYC verification will experience delays until the verification process is finalised.

Withdrawal conditions: Withdrawals will only be approved to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit into the account, or to a payment method registered in the verified name of the account holder. kg995 reserves the right to conduct additional identity checks before approving any withdrawal request it deems unusual or high-risk.

• Funds deposited must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request can be processed, even where no bonus has been claimed.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the applicable bonus wagering requirements. Winnings cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering threshold is met.
• kg995 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to the player's account balance if KYC verification is not completed within seven (7) calendar days of the request being submitted.
• In the event that a deposit is returned, reversed, or charged back by a payment provider, kg995 reserves the right to recover any winnings generated using those funds.

The following rules apply to all sports betting markets and casino game play conducted on the kg995 platform. These rules supplement any game-specific or market-specific rules published by the relevant game provider.

Sports betting: All bets placed on cricket, football, kabaddi, and any other sports markets are subject to the specific market rules applicable to that event. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a market-specific rule, the market-specific rule shall prevail for that particular bet. kg995 offers markets on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and a range of international cricket fixtures.

In-play betting: Bets accepted during live in-play markets are binding upon confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet. Connectivity issues, server delays, or on-field events that occur in the fraction of time between a Player's bet submission and the system's acceptance are the Player's risk. kg995 reserves the right to void in-play bets placed during a technical outage at its sole discretion.

Casino games: All RNG casino titles (slots, table games, and virtual games) available on kg995 are provided by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The rules of each game are determined by the respective game provider. kg995 does not alter the paytables or return-to-player (RTP) percentages of any game provided by these studios.

Live casino: Live dealer games streamed via Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are subject to those providers' table rules, which are displayed on-screen before each game session begins. kg995 accepts no liability for interruptions to live game streams caused by factors outside its direct control, including provider-side outages.

• Bets may not be cancelled or amended after they have been confirmed by the system, except where these Terms or applicable market rules expressly provide for bet cancellation.
• kg995 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed using exploited software bugs, pricing errors, or where the result of an event was known at the time the bet was accepted.
• Minimum bet amounts per market are displayed within the relevant betting interface and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Maximum win amounts per bet and per day are set by kg995 at its discretion and are displayed within the platform. kg995 is not obligated to pay winnings exceeding the published maximum win limit.

kg995 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made and to the general bonus rules set out in this Article. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms prevail.

Welcome bonus: New Players who register and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The welcome bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, and wagering requirements will be stated clearly within the promotion page at the time of registration.

Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific offer). Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements — slots may contribute 100% while live casino games may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.

• Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus at any time.
• Bonuses credited in error must be returned. kg995 reserves the right to deduct erroneously credited bonuses from any account balance.
• Bonus funds are forfeited if the account is closed before the applicable wagering requirements are met.
• kg995 reserves the right to exclude any Player from eligibility for any bonus at its sole discretion, particularly where abuse of the bonus system is suspected.

Players must use kg995 solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one kg995 account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or any other strategy designed to guarantee profit at the expense of the promotional mechanism.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate the outcome of a game or the settlement of a bet, including soft-play agreements in poker or live dealer games.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes, chargebacks, or reversals against deposits made on kg995.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated software to interact with the platform, including to place bets, play casino games, or circumvent security measures.
• Money laundering: Using the kg995 platform for any purpose connected to the concealment or laundering of funds derived from illegal activity.
• Account sharing: Sharing account credentials with any third party, whether for commercial gain or otherwise.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Taking deliberate advantage of software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors to place bets or make withdrawals at incorrect values.

Voluntary closure: A Player may request the closure of their kg995 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, kg995 will process any remaining withdrawable real money balance to the Player's verified payment method within five (5) business days, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no pending investigations are open on the account.

Self-exclusion: Players who feel that their gambling activity is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period. Self-exclusion options range from a minimum of seven (7) days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be suspended and no deposits, bets, or withdrawals will be permitted. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. Suspension by kg995: kg995 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• kg995 has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purposes.
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• The Player's account has been inactive (no login, no transaction) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months.
• kg995 is required to do so by an applicable legal obligation, regulatory instruction, or court order.

Inactive accounts: An account that has had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. kg995 will attempt to notify the account holder at the registered email address or phone number before applying a dormancy status. Dormant accounts with a positive real money balance will have that balance held securely for a period of up to thirty-six (36) months from the date of last activity, after which the balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Disputes and appeals: Any Player who believes their account has been suspended or closed in error may submit a written appeal to [email protected]. kg995 will acknowledge all formal appeals within 48 hours Bangladesh Standard Time and will provide a final determination within fourteen (14) calendar days.
